1.1. Unused and Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

1.2. Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

 

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

 

Items that are customized or personalized.

Electronic components or products that have been soldered, modified, or used in a circuit.

2.4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure its safe delivery.

 

Refund Process:

3.1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

 

3.2. Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

3.3. Refund Timing: Refunds may take 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchanges:
